The goal for the Retention Triage is to enhance student service, decrease student attrition and aim for every student to become an alumni and not just another enrollment

The Challenge

30% of the registered students do not show up for class
25 to 30% of students starting class drop out during the first term
An additional 10% to 15% drop out during the second term

Note: The above statistics are relevant to online students. For campus students these are expected to be lower
